Booking
BOOKING: For all sessions, there is a non-fundable session retainer (which is 50% of the service) and is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session. The remaining balance is due day of the session date.
This DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY PROMOTIONAL SPECIALS - special pricing must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Payment
All retainer fees can be paid via cash or debit transactions through A.Marlena Photography or an invoice can be sent to you. We do not accept cashapp payments at this time.

cancellation Policy
Any client who does not cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of session will forfeit the retainer and it will serve as a cancellation fee. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 72 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.

Unforeseen Circumstances
If A.Marlena Photography cannot perform this Contract due to unforeseen circumstances, other casualties or other cause beyond the control of either parties or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. Unforeseen Circumstances Cont.d
... lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.
In the event A.Marlena Photography fails to perform for any other reason, A.Marlena Photography shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.

Terms and Conditions
All sales are final and non-refundable. Dates changes are permitted within a minimum of 72 hour written request. Rescheduling will be subject to photographer availability.
Late Fee of $25 will be applied after 15 minutes. Example 1:30 appt arrive at 1:45 will incur a late fee.

Photo Copyright
Photo copyright prohibits altering images, this includes but is not limited to social media filters.

Prints
Prints are sold separately and can be purchased during your gallery reveal.
Quality of prints can only be guaranteed when purchased from A.Marlena Photography.
